I pulled my hood up over my face and walked out of my small house to try to find a certain building. One of my friends had called me about 10 minutes ago saying to meet him at the old warehouse for some fun. I didn't really care much for Kage's games but I was bored and had'nt killed in awhile. The very last rays of sun were nearly gone and soon it would be pitch black. "Maybe I can make a quick stop and kill somebody my way." I thought to myself. I decided against it, not wanting to make Kage more mad than he already was. When I was on the phone with him there was a loud crash and then Kage hung up. I was a little worried about him but I knew he could handle almost anything, especially if he had Ryan and Kai with him. Ryan reminded me of my brother Liu, causing a sharp pang of sadness. Carefully I reached up and touched the cut part of my mouth in sorrow. Shaking my head rapidly I lowered my hand and grabbed the handle of the knife in my pocket. "Don't think about him. He would've gotten in your way." I lectured myself. Focusing on what was in front of me I realized that I was at the warehouse. Nobody was outside but the storage shed was smashed and there was some blood around it. Nervous I broke into a jog and entered the warehouse. To my relief Kage, Ryan, and Kai were inside along with Zhender and some other robot thing. "Hey guys! I'm here." I called out. Everybody turned around to face me and I walked toward Kage. Before he had a chance to say anything I hissed in his ear "Why didn't you tell me Zhender was here? You know we have... History." Kage shrugged and turned to walk away. "Wait!" I called after him. "What's up with the robot?" I asked jerking a thumb in its direction. Kage sighed and quickly explained to me what had happened in the past couple hours. "That makes sense." I replied and walked away to talk to Black Ace.

"Kage!" Zhender yelled making Jeff jump. "Are we gonna start this sh*t or not? I didn't come to make friends and chat." I sighed and replied "Yeah, just give Kai a minute to prepare the player." Leaning against the wall I extended my claws and stared to pick out scraps of fabric and dried blood. Ryan was examining the warehouse and locating all of Kai's traps. Black Ace seemed to be looking for something while Jeff was trying to get as far away as possible from Zhender.

"Ace!" I called out. He turned around to face me. "You need something?" Black Ace nodded and walked a little bit closer, still holding onto his severed arm. "DO yOU haVE a BLowtoRCh aND a WatER sUPply?" Looking upward I thought about his question. "There's a water tank somewhere in the back but I'm not sure if it has water or if the water is even clean. As for the blowtorch I have no clue. Kai knows this place very well; ask him." Black Ace nodded and walked to the back of the warehouse.

Zhender was smoking another cigarette and almost unnoticeably heading toward Jeff. I snickered to myself and muttered in Japanese "This is going to be funny." Almost perfectly Zhender imitated Ryan's voice and made it sound like it was coming from the opposite end of the warehouse. "Hey Jeff, can you come help me with this guy?" Zhender said. Ryan poked his head out of the corner slightly confused but I signed to him what was going on. He nodded and went back into the corner.

"Sure Ryan, I'll be right there." Jeff replied with a quick glance at me. Jeff walked over to where Ryan was and Zhender followed him silently. "Alright Ryan, what do you need help with?" Before Ryan could say anything Zhender wrapped one of his tendrils without barbs on it around Jeff's ankle and slammed him to the ground. "What the eff?" Jeff cried out in surprise. Zhender lifted him off the ground and extended his tendril until it was about 15 feet in the air with Jeff dangling from it. "Put me down right now Zhender!" Jeff pulled his knife out of his pocket and began to wave it around wildly.

Switching back to his normal voice Zhender replied "Naw, this is way too much fun." Laughing slightly he set Jeff down on a narrow ledge about 20 feet from the warehouse floor and let go of him. "Zhender!" Jeff roared in pure rage. "You know that I f*cking hate heights! When I get down I'm gonna kick that little bit-" Jeff's rant was cut off when out of nowhere, one of Black Ace's hook things grabbed the back of Zhender's bandana and ripped it off.

"What the hell is going on?!" I shouted confused. Black Ace was spasming and some of the black color was retracting into vents on his body only to be replaced by more from the jet pack. Zhender had all of his barbed tendrils out but he looked too confused to actually attack Black Ace. The large black scythe that Black Ace had been using was now lying on the ground but the black color was gone. Instead the scythe was silver and had holes in it that resembled faces. Suddenly the faces on it shifted to look slightly angry and the scythe yelled out "Oi! Creepy black guy! Bug off!" I assumed it was talking about Black Ace since Zhender was slowly walking away and Kage was hanging from the ceiling wide eyed. At the top of my lungs I screamed "Kage! What kinda drugs did you put in the air this time?" Kagekao shook his head no and loosely gestured toward Black Ace. By now, most of the black stuff was gone and he was kneeling on the floor laughing hysterically and shouting things that made no sense. I put my hand to my face and took a deep breath. "Okay, let's just stay calm, and not panic." I thought to myself. When I pulled my hand away there was a little bit of blood was smeared on my hand and I instantly put my hand to my mouth. It was bleeding for sure, I had probably spilt it open when I had screamed. "Why do I never think these things through?" I thought out loud. I returned my attention to Black Ace just in time to see the grinning mask retract. Black Ace went still and stopped laughing. Slowly he stood up, slightly uneasy. The black had been replaced with yellow and there was a normal human face with a metal plate and green eye over one half of his face. He walked over to where the scythe was laying and picked it up. Instantly the scythe opened it's mouths to talk but Black Ace put a finger over his mouth. Ryan stepped out of the corner he was hiding in, along with Kai. Zhender had left, the only evidence he had been here was a small trail of blood. "Black Ace? Are you okay?" Ryan asked quietly. Black Ace laughed slightly and said in a heavy Irish accent "I'm not Black Ace. The name's Spoiler. This is Rip." he said and lifted up the blade.

Black began to ooze out of Spoiler's vents and Jeff angrily yelled "Are you freaking kidding me? We just went through this!" Still clinging to the ceiling I watched as Spoiler convulsed, trying to fight off Black Ace. I had no idea what was going on, but I had guessed enough to mostly figure it out. It was obvious that everybody except for Spoiler knew where I was and part of me was tempted to drop down on Spoiler and kill him to be done with it. Ryan was staring slightly bored at Spoiler while Jeff was raging about something. I looked around for Kai and saw that he was trying to get my attention. Looking directly at him I nodded and Kai signed out "Should we kill him? He already stopped our game and smashed the shed." Quickly I signed back "Maybe."

In complete frustration Jeff marched over to Spoiler, whipped out his knife and slashed him across the face. Almost instantly Black Ace's face returned and the black covered Spoiler's body. In one swift motion Black Ace picked up Jeff by the neck of his hoodie. Jeff freaked out and began to squirm around and try to slash Black Ace's remaining arm. A mechanical tendril with a jaw looking appendage on the end shot out and grabbed Jeff's hood. Black Ace stopped holding the neck of the hoodie, leaving him suspended in the air too far away to do any damage.

"I LIke tHAt YoU fiGHt ANd gaVE mE coNtrOL. BuT yOU stILl ANnoy mE." Black Ace said emotionlessly. Kai and Ryan edged a little bit closer, ready to protect Jeff. "I wONt HUrt YOu, bUt DoN'T slASh mE neXT TiMe." Black Ace finished and dropped Jeff on the floor. Kai gave me a quick glance and I signed to him "Now."

Kai lashed his chain around Black Ace's ankle and pulled. It didn't knock him over but did make him slightly off balance. Ryan rushed forward and smashed Black Ace's leg with his metal pipe. The leg didn't break but there was a large dent in it. Black Ace extended a tendril and aimed it directly towards Ryan's chest. In the nick of time Jeff darted off the ground and slashed the jaw off of it. The jaw fell to the ground harmlessly but the tendril kept going. It struck Ryan in his shoulder, knocking him over. Another tendril shot out and grabbed Ryan's wrist and lifted him off the ground.

"Enough of this." I muttered to myself and let go of the ceiling. Landing directly on Black Ace's back I extended my claws and sliced off the tendrils at the base. There was a loud thud as Ryan dropped to the ground and Black Ace tried to grab me. "Black Ace, you backstabbing little tin can!" I roared in sheer rage. Carefully I moved closer to his head and put my face directly in front of his. "Let's see what this does!" I screeched and raked my claws directly across Black Ace's eye, almost ripping it out.

I stood in complete shock at where Black Ace had been standing moments ago. "H-he tried to... rip my eyes out!" I stammered out. Slowly turning around I saw what had happened to the others. Kai hadn't sustained any more damage and was kneeling next to Kage. Ryan was slumped against a wall, pressing a large rag to his shoulder. I walked over by Kage and sat down next to him. His mask was blank and partially covered by the black things that had come off of Black Ace. Even though Kage's limbs can bend farther than a normal person they were almost backwards, too far for even him. "Is he gonna be alright?" I asked Kai. He shrugged in response and placed cloth over a large gash on Kage's arm. For a split second Kagekao's mask flickered to show an extremely angry face before becoming blank again. Sadly I stood up and walked over to Ryan. While I was walking something sharp poked my foot and I bent down to pick it up.

It was a black claw that had been torn out of Kage's hand. "Hey, I found one of Kage's claws if you need it." I quietly called over to Kai. He nodded and signed something to Kagekao, even though I doubted he could see clearly. The rag that Ryan had been holding to his shoulder was stained dark red with blood. His mask was laying a few feet away on the floor upside down. "You must really not be feeling good if you took off your mask." I said. Ryan sighed and replied "You're not looking too good either." He loosely gestured to my legs. Confused I looked down to see that there was a shard of metal that was covered in the black things sticking out of my leg.

"How the hell did I not notice that?" I exclaimed. "It's those black things. I've heard about them but always thought they were fake. They're called nanos and they're like little tiny robots. Usually they're used to repair small parts and stuff but I guess they can also numb pain." Ryan explained. "Crap, I should go home and see if anybody can help me. That's the only problem with looking like this. You can't go to a normal doctor." Ryan nodded and laughed a little bit.

I turned back to glance at Kage. His mask was back to normal and was showing a neutral face. "You gonna be alright Kage?" I called over to him. He nodded and replied "Yeah, I've survived a shinigami attack. I'll probably go see Zippers and hope he can stitch me up." I smiled weakly and walked over to my knife that was laying on the ground. "I'm gonna get going, I'll talk to you later guys." Kai waved to me and I left the terrible scene.

(I looked at this Ginga Akam person. Fell in love and read all stories. Now I understand the RP more.)
